These are two questions that employers must answer before they consider hiring you. For recent college grads you MUST differentiate yourself to gain a competitive edge and we can help. Complete the following Role Fit Survey (it takes10-20 minutes) and we will help you present to employers your personal strengths (employers refer to them as soft skills). We provide them to you in a simple report that you can provide with your cover letter, or as part of your interview portfolio. You can also insert the results directly at the end of your resume.
